Friendly Booking policies
Weather Policy
No wind, no charge. If weather conditions in Mauritius are uncertain, we will contact you before your lesson. Lessons stopped due to weather are eligible for a credit or pro-rated refund for unused time, confirmed with your instructor.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling made 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund.
Short-notice cancellations receive a 50% refund.
No refunds apply to no-shows without notice, unless the spot is filled.
Lessons are transferable, never expire, and are non-refundable after one year from purchase.
Semi-Private Lessons
3-hour semi-private lessons convert to a 2-hour private lesson if only one participant attends.
Photos & GoPro
Photos and GoPros are allowed during lessons, provided safety and instruction are not affected.
Minors
For minors attending without a parent or guardian, a liability waiver must be signed in advance.
Lessons are available for children aged 8+ and must be booked as a private or family group lesson.
